14-Day Change of Mind

Ordered something and changed your mind? You can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund - as long as the seal is still intact.

Important: Because our powders are consumed, we can't accept opened or unsealed containers back for hygiene and safety reasons. This is standard across the supplement industry and required by EU consumer law.

Something Wrong With Your Order?

If your product arrives damaged, defective, expired, or isn't what you ordered, that's on us - contact us within 14 days and we'll sort it out with a free replacement or full refund, no return shipping cost to you. This applies even if you've already opened it.
